I am so blessed to have a wonderful savior who died for me!

I am also a very lucky girl! I have the best husband a girl could ask for! I have gone through a lot of personal things in the last three months and he has been by my side every step of the way!

I also have wonderful friends and family too! I have the world's greatest support system and don't even know it!

I have learned that no matter what God hands you - I need to have the faith that he will bring me through it along with being able to lean on my family & friends....just a little thought for the day!

As most of you know, Hunter is my nephew that I would consider "my son" at any given time! He had his first formal dance on April 24, 2009. It is so hard for me to believe that he is growing up so fast! He looked so handsome and we had the opportunity to "get him ready" as his grandparents were out of town. I am so thankful for this opportunity. This formal was for the "Cadet Ball" at Lewisville High School. He went with his girlfriend, Christy. The next formal is this weekend - the Lewisville Prom. I will share pics of this weekends events next week!

Dad's Retired!!

My daddy finally retired from Comporium on March 19, 2010! We are so proud of him. He is now enjoying spending time at home doing his "chore list"!! LOL! He hasn't known what the date or time has been since he has retired! GOOD FOR HIM!!

Aunt Jean Turns 81!

My dear Aunt Jean celebrated her 81st birthday this past Saturday at my Momma and Daddy's house. She is a beautiful woman with more character than you could imagine. Even at 81 she has the sense of humor of a 15 year old!! We had a wonderful time! I love you Aunt Jean!!

Carla's 30!

So my very best cousin turned 30 on March 13, 2010! We celebrated a week later due to the fact that she was in Florida on vacation for a week (and yes I am still jealous!!)! We had a wonderful time and she was a great sport! We went to Ouzo's for dinner and came back to my house for a little celebration! I was very "careful" in my decorating because I will turn 30 this May and I know what payback is!!! :)
